I “met” Keith via Instagram and followed him along with some other “influencers” for several months. Keith’s approach to education around the purchase process ultimately led me to messaging him, and he responded promptly. We collaborated to find the right balance of diamond size and color without compromising on cut, clarity or symmetry to ultimately find the perfect stone for the ring that I wanted to have made. Having invested in an heirloom quality stone, I shared photos of the ring that I wanted to have it set in. I was a little nervous about this part, but the finished product turned out exactly like the photographs that I shared, and I have had so many compliments on my new ring. I can’t say enough nice things about Keith and the process overall. Regular updates, substantive communications, and continued education throughout the process kept me engaged and at ease over the four-week timeline to deliver my project on time and within budget. Thank you so much for your time and expertise in creating my heirloom quality ring. It will undoubtedly be cherished for generations to come.
