Working with Keith at NYC Wholesale Diamonds was smooth and enjoyable. Before our first appointment, we shared what we were looking for in our wedding bands, as well as our budget. When we met in person, he showed us several great options while respecting our preferences and answering any questions we had. He communicated promptly when the rings were ready for pickup, and even gave us a great recommendation about cleaning my engagement ring before the wedding!
